We operate this Site to sell premium virgin and raw hair products.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. As our products are made from 100% human hair, natural variation in colour, texture, and pattern may occur and does not constitute a defect.

Processing and delivery

  • Virgin hair items require processing prior to dispatch
  • Raw hair products are made to order and require extended processing times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products:

  • Opened, used, or altered items are not eligible for return
  • Raw hair and made-to-order items are non-returnable

Please review the Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will assist with an investigation. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is officially lost.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier, including deliveries to the address provided or a nominated safe place.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Emore Hair Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
