• The hair is ethically sourced from a single donor
• No synthetic fibers or mixed strands
• Full cuticle alignment, running in the same direction from root to tip. This ensures you get thick, healthy bundles that are soft, durable, and tangle-free — the true definition of luxury.
  

Virgin hair is unprocessed human hair that has been lightly steam-textured to create patterns like body wave or deep wave.

Raw hair is completely unprocessed – no steam, no chemicals – and is cut directly from the donor. It’s thicker, more textured, and offers the most natural, long-lasting quality.

We offer two types of lace: HD Lace and Transparent Lace, and the best one for you depends on your skin tone and how you plan to style your hair.

• HD Lace is ultra-thin and melts seamlessly into medium to deeper skin tones, giving a flawless, undetectable finish — perfect for glueless installs or frontal styles with exposed hairlines.
• Transparent Lace is better suited to lighter or fairer complexions, as it blends more naturally without tinting. However, it can still work beautifully on darker complexions if the lace is tinted or if you're styling the unit in a way where the lace won’t be visible — for example, with fringes or curtain bangs.

In short:

If you're going for a super natural melt with your lace exposed, choose the lace that best matches your complexion. If you're wearing styles that conceal the lace, you have more flexibility with either option.

• For short styles (up to 16 inches), 2 bundles of virgin hair or raw hair should be enough.
• For medium to long styles (16-24 inches), 3 bundles of virgin hair will give you a full, natural look.
• For extra-long styles (26 inches and above), we recommend:
• 4 bundles of virgin hair for extra volume
• 3 bundles of double-drawn raw hair for maximum thickness and durability
• For kinky or textured hair, 2 bundles are typically enough up to medium lengths, as the natural volume of the hair provides ample fullness.

These quantities apply whether you're getting a sew-in or a wig, ensuring your look is full and beautiful no matter the length or texture.

With the proper care and maintenance:

• Our virgin hair can last up to 3 years
• Our raw hair can last 5 years or more

Shipping times vary based on your location and order type. Standard processing is 1–3 business days, followed by shipping times of 3–7 business days for UK customers, shipping time can increase to 7-21 days for international customers. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
