Once your order is processed (within 24 hours) it goes straight to our hair factory where they will begin to process . Once the factory is done it will be shipped to our EH HQ and be packaged by the EH team. Once it has passed through quality control and packed - hair will be sent out by Next Day Delivery if you are based in the UK and standard delivery if based outside the UK. This whole process usually takes will take up to 5-12 days as we are meticulous at every step.

For international orders this will take up to 7 - 21 days.

We at EH HQ ship out the orders. We use a combination of Fedex and Royal Mail depending where you are based.

With the nature of our products we do not offer returns so all orders are final. So please double check before purchasing. Contact us if there is any confusion.
