Hair Care Guide

Our virgin and raw hair products are made from 100% human hair and require gentle, consistent care to maintain their quality, softness, and longevity. Following the guidance below will help keep your hair looking its best.

Daily Care

Gently detangle daily using a wide-toothed comb or extension-safe brush

  • Always start from the ends and work your way up
  • Avoid pulling or tugging, especially near wefts or lace
  • Limit excessive daily styling to reduce shedding and breakage

Washing & Conditioning

Wash hair every 1–2 weeks, or as needed

  • Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
  • Wash with lukewarm water and rinse thoroughly
  • Apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends only
  • Avoid rubbing or twisting the hair while washing

Allow hair to air dry where possible, or blow-dry on a low heat setting.

Heat Styling

  • Always apply a heat protectant before using heat tools
  • Keep styling tools at a moderate temperature
  • Avoid repeated high-heat styling
  • Do not apply heat directly to lace, wefts, or attachment areas

Excessive heat can dry out and weaken the hair over time.or blow-dry on a low heat setting.

Night & Sleep Care

  • Never sleep with wet or damp hair
  • Tie hair into a loose braid or ponytail before bed
  • Use a silk or satin pillowcase or bonnet to reduce friction

Proper night-time care helps prevent tangling, matting, and dryness.

Virgin Hair

Virgin hair is ready to ship. It requires regular moisture and gentle handling, similar to natural hair.

Raw Hair

Raw hair is unprocessed and made to order, meaning it behaves more like natural hair. Regular conditioning and added moisture are recommended to maintain softness and manageability.

Products to use & Avoid

Recommended

  • Sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
  • Lightweight leave-in conditioners or serums
  • Extension-safe brushes and combs

Avoid

  • Products containing alcohol or harsh chemicals
  • Heavy oils at the roots or lace
  • Excessive washing or aggressive brushing

Important Note

Once hair has been installed, cut, coloured, styled, or altered, it is no longer eligible for return. Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and lifespan of your hair.
