EXTRA DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship orders using FedEx,Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Virgin hair items are processed within 1–2 business days, while express delivery items are processed the same working day. Raw hair products, including bundles and lace systems, are made to order and require up to two weeks of processing before dispatch. Processing times are mandatory and cannot be expedited. Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be amended once placed. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for courier delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
